Here at 23 St Mary'swe have a 3 day cancellation policy. Guests may cancel free of charge up to 2 days before their arrival.You will be charged the full amount of your booking if you cancel within the 3 day period.

Pets

For the comfort of all guests and those who have allergies, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate guests with pets.

Smoking

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not allowed at 23 St Mary's Guest House. Please note that a charge of £200 will be applied to any guest who smokes in their room, as all soft furnishings and curtains will require professional cleaning in order to re-instate the room.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. onwards. We have staff on-site to greet you until 4:00 p.m. After that, we operate a convenient self check-in system. All the details you need to access the property and your room will be sent to you via text message before your arrival.

Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, this can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

Feel free to drop off your bags or park your car from 11:00 a.m. onwards, as long as you let us know in advance. Even if your room isn’t ready yet, you can still make the most of your day. We take extra care to make sure your room is prepared to the highest standards, so we can’t always promise it will be available before 2:00 p.m.
